GDIF acquired Water Utilities Australia as a platform to create a national, investor-backed source of new capital to invest in water infrastructure in the municipal, agricultural and industrial sectors. The acquisition provided an initial platform of both assets and customers and all of GDIF’s future Australian water infrastructure investments will be made through and managed by Water Utilities Australia.

Water Utilities Australia continues to be fully supported by GDIF as a long-term equity sponsor.
